The outline of the two day Project Management 101 workshop
emphasizes project planning. Projects don't fail in the end,
they fail at the beginning. They fail for two reasons:
(1) they don't have a good plan, or (2) they have a good plan but
can't follow it. Some say all the serious
mistakes are made on the first day of the project!. This
workshop teaches the basic skills needed to put together a good project plan,
and how to help make sure you can follow it. This workshop also
covers the tasks project managers perform
during project execution/control and closeout.
This workshop is offered on-site.
