Please complete the following items to register for a workshop. Payment is not required at this time. Once the workshop is confirmed you will be contacted for payment information.

You can only register for one workshop at a time with this form. If you want to register for a second workshop first complete this form and click on Submit. You will then be able to return to the home page where you can navigate to the second workshop and complete your registration for your second workshop.
