A two-day workshop for understanding and
applying earned value management. You
will cover the principles of EVM. This is followed by
a hands-on Excel based workshop that will let you apply
these principles to a typical project. From this point on
you will enter EVM data as the project unfolds, and at the
same time be introduced to the EVM analysis tools, including
the new Earned Schedule method for predicting project

EVP Exam Preparation Workshop
This workshop will help prepare you
for the
AACEI Earned Value Professional (EVP) 7
hour examination. Developed and taught by EVPs, this two
day workshop covers all topics included in the day-long exam.
The workshop follows the exam's four part format,
including the 3 page EVM memo. Over
seventy sample questions will test
your knowledge and help focus your study efforts. Even if
you have been practicing EVM for years, this workshop will cover
the topics included on the exam that you don't practice
regularly or have not encountered. For
