project management skills through the increased use of
Earned Value Management.
We are focused on bringing the power of
Earned Value Management to commercial and government project
management. We provide training
workshops and
consulting in
EVM and the related areas of Project Planning and Scheduling,
EVP Exam preparation, and wInsight® training. Our training typically
includes a team exercise every four hours to allow for hands-on
experience. The first lessons learned are learned in class, not on
your projects! We provide

Management and Earned Value Management.
This service can help organizations define their processes,
policies, and procedures to implement these project and program
management tools. We specialize in implementing Earned Value
Management Systems to meet ANSI 748 Guidelines, or tailored simpler
EVM systems.
Management Technologies also performs ANSI 748
third-party
certification of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). This
results in identification of any systemic gaps in meeting the US
ANSI 748 standard for EVMS, or certification that the organization
is meeting the standard.
Management Technologies developed the
"Earned
Value Management Maturity Model®" as a road map for
organizations to build toward an ANSI 748 EVMS. We provide exclusive
EVM3®
Assessments to help guide organizations toward ANSI 748 compliance or to
help make
their EVMS run more efficiently. This assessment can also satisfy
ANSI 748 third party certification since attaining an EVM3
Level 3 or higher requires meeting 748. The Earned Value
